Over the past 8 years, I have dedicated my career to research, training, and tourism development projects that empower the tourism industry, communities, and businesses.

My Story
​I am a passionate advocate for sustainable tourism, industry development, and transformative project management. My journey began at Sisters of Nazareth School, where I built a strong foundation in learning and ambition. Pursuing a degree in Banking and Finance from Yarmouk University, I initially envisioned a career in finance but soon realized my true calling lay beyond conventional desk jobs.

Eager to explore diverse fields, I ventured into Human Resources and Business Development before finding my passion in the development sector. Joining USAID projects was a turning point, where I discovered the power of tourism as a catalyst for economic growth. During this period I have built an extensive experience in Tourism Destination Development, Tourism SME Development, and Tourism Experience & Product Development. I have led several tourism projects, facilitating public-private partnerships, local community mobilization, and industry support programs, including grants and technical assistance initiatives. My work includes implementing needs assessments, capacity-building programs, and developing Destination Tourism Strategies in Jordan and across the region.
This experience ignited my passion for working directly with the tourism industry, leading me to become a freelancer dedicated to driving impactful change. Committed to continuous learning, I later pursued a Mini MBA from German Jordanian University/Cambridge Training College. I became a Certified NGO Professional, further enhancing my expertise and reinforcing my commitment to an independent career.

Over the years, I refined my expertise in project management, research, training, and sustainable tourism development. I have led destination development, SME growth, and tourism experience development projects across Jordan and the region, managed different cross-border initiatives, collaborating with international organizations, and working with various donors to drive impactful and sustainable tourism initiatives.

​I have actively contributed to key industry research and assessments across diverse facets of the tourism landscape. Which included participation in studies encompassing tourism labor dynamics, adventure tourism, industry competitiveness, agri-tourism, artisanal industries, experiential tourism, and innovative tourism product development

Today, I am an approved GSTC Trainer and Travelife Coach & Auditor, empowering businesses and destinations to embrace sustainability.

As a mother of two, I value freedom, continuous learning, and impactful work that drives positive change in tourism.
