Objective: To develop and deliver a structured training program on adventure tourism in Ma’an Governorate, enhancing the knowledge and skills of youth in adventure tourism principles. The training aimed to provide theoretical and practical insights, covering sustainable tourism practices, product development, and operational standards, while assessing participants’ progress through pre and post-training evaluations.
Key Activities:
Developed a comprehensive training plan, outlining objectives, topics, and interactive learning methodologies.
Designed and prepared training materials and tools, integrating local and international best practices in adventure tourism.
Delivered an 18-hour training program over three working days, covering adventure tourism principles, sustainable tourism, target audience analysis, and community-based tourism development.
Incorporated interactive activities, ice breakers, and case studies, ensuring a dynamic and engaging training experience.
